Breakfast on the Run Recipe

Are you always rushing to get out the door and forgetting about breakfast? If you answered yes then give this delicious Raspberry and Coconut Breakfast Smoothie a go!

INGREDIENTS
1 & 1/4 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup coconut yogurt
2 cups milk
2 Weet-Bix, crumbled
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut flakes, toasted

METHOD
Step One
Blend 1 cup raspberries, yogurt, milk, Weet-Bix and maple syrup in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses.

Step Two
Top with remaining thawed raspberries and coconut. Serve.
